[EAsiaUVa] Time change for Samten Karmay talk

Hey all,

The time for the Samten Karmay talk has been moved up from 4pm to 2pm.  
The room is still the same: Byrd Seminar Room 318 in the Small Special 
Collections Library.

Also, don't forget today at 3pm John Herman, Chinese History Professor 
from VCU, will be giving a talk in New Cabell Hall 311.
