JIATS refinements, including catalog of PIATS (with more secure links)

Hi JIATS list subscribers,
 
We wanted to point out to a few changes made to JIATS in response to issues
raised at the IATS conference by various people:
 
1.  A new section on IATS itself with the IATS Board of Advisers detailed,
and a full list of IATS conferences with dynamic links to online catalogs of
the  corresponding published Proceedings of IATS.

2. A new home page that highlights the links to the IATS Board of Advisers,
and the catalog of the Proceedings.

3. A simple copyright notice:

Or click "Copyrights" off of the home page on the left hand side menu.
 
We remain interested to hear further suggestions for improving JIATS.
