To help qualm any sense of fear one must balance if you'd like to cut
corners.  The samples prepared piano is excellent and you can hear 4
excerpts from the S&I pieces at the Big Fish website.  For many people's
purposes this sampled set would be sufficient.  

But I'd agree - doing the old-fashioned way (can we say that now?) would be
better - for a myriad of reasons.
