> Vancouver New Music is calling musicians, sound artists sound makers  
> to participate in the Community Ensemble performing John Cage's Atlas  
> Eclipticalis. A two-day workshop on this orchestral score will be  
> held at the Scotiabank Dance Centre on October 19-20 led by  
> electronic musician and sound artist Marina Rosenfeld.
> The workshop will run Thursday October 19 in the morning and  
> afternoon and Friday October 20 in the morning.  An open rehearsal/ 
> workshop of Atlas Eclipticalis on Saturday afternoon will precede the  
> public performance with all the participants.  The performance will  
> run from 7:30 -11:30 pm in the Ferris Studio at the Scotiabank Dance
