[silence] The different Roaratorios?

All I can say is that the new 2002 edition of Roaratorio on Mode was
remastered from the analogue reel-to-reel tapes which were supplied to
us by the WDR in the early 1990s. The new 24-bit transfer in 2002 was
made with great care at the Sonicraft studio (http://www.sonicraft.com)
and sounds as good as it can get. I was amazed at the difference in
quality and greater detail between the original 1991 transfer and what
the top-quality gear at Sonicraft was able to pull out of the tape. I
don't know what was the sound source for Wergo's version was, but I
imagine the two versions will sound slightly different now.
