Two dear subjects at one. Well, in one of the founding texts of the movement 
it is stated as a law that chance is prohibited. To my mind it would be a 
very interesting constraint though. But it is not mathematically organised, 
so it is unfortunately abolished by them. Nevertheless, while 
"compositional" chance is prohibited, interpretational one is valid and has 
been explored. E.g. there are stories or plays where the reader (or the 
public) can chose their root through the text. All the possible solutions 
though have been carefully been considered beforehand.
