[silence] Cage - Eric Dolphy and Charles Mingus

This is a question from Dolphy scholar Alan Saul; can anyone shed any light here please?

Does anybody has any documentation of meetings, and especially of 
performances, by Cage with either Charles Mingus or Eric Dolphy? A 
suggestion was made that Cage performed in Chicago with Dolphy, 
though that may have been a confusion with a concert by Cage and 
Joseph Jarman's quartet in November 1965. Mingus spent time in 
Millbrook at a house where Tim Leary and many others hung out, and 
Cage may have also visited that house. Many other possibilities exist 
for these musicians to have crossed paths, but we would like definite 
examples.
