Hello,

Im currently doing a University study in the UK based on the New Music's of the early 50's - late 60's, featuring Cage, Stockhausen, Riley, Young etc. Some of you may remember me from before when i posted my online survey of this study, and i'm very thankful to all those that helped me!  

I'm posting another message this time, as i am finding it very difficult to come across Audience reactions to compositions at the time they first came out from this period.

Obviously, there is much information on Cage's 4"33 piece and from when he first performed it in 1952 at Woodstock, New York, but i'm trying to look for Audience reactions to Stockhausen's - Gesang der Jünglinge, and Terry Riley's - In C in particular, but generally any composition from this time that has information on Audience reactions will do.

Please email me any websites, journals, or books that you know of that could have this information.
