There is actually some data to answer Glenn's question, although it's
a short answer (not at all).

The League of American Orchestras publishes reports of all repertoire
by American orchestras dating back to the 2000-2001 season, through
2007-2008. The last time an orchestral work by Cage was performed by
a member of this league (i.e., professional orchestras, not student
or conservatory) was in February 2003, when the Boston Symphony
performed The Seasons, with Tan Dun conducting. The Seasons was also
performed in May 2002 by the San Jose Symphony.

Including more peripheral works, the Asheville Symphony Orchestra
performed Lou Harrison's orchestration of the Suite for Toy Piano in
September 2006, and the Holyoke Civic Orchestra performed 4'33" in
October, 2005.

This is the sum total of Cage orchestral performances listed in the
league repertoire reports. Perhaps there will be more interest in
the 2012-2013 season to celebrate Cage's centennial.

American symphony repertoire reports are available at http://
www.americanorchestras.org/knowledge_research_and_innovation/
orchestra_repertoire_re.html. I would be interested in finding a
comparable resource for European orchestras.
