Tan Dun made a quite "cagean piece", like "Circle"...

But I think that Sofia Gubaijdulina, Salvatore Sciarrino, Giya Kancheli and
many Japanese composers like Toshio Hosokawa (with his emphasis on the
concept of "Ma": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ma_%28negative_space%29) are
very interested in silence in its different meanings.
