also try these composers / improvisors:
taku unami
taku sugimoto
toshimaru nakamura
sean meehan

there are many in this new "school" that explore extended use of  
space / "silence" in their work.
once you explore the above composers / performers youll discover many  
more.

also, bernard gunter, makes very sparse / minimal electronic works.

enjoy the not-so-silent silences!
