Devin Maxwell is a percussionist and composer living and working in
Brooklyn, New York.  He holds a Master of Fine Arts in Performance and
Composition from the California Institute of the Arts as well as a
Bachelor of Music in Percussion Performance from the University of
Cincinnati's College-Conservatory of Music.  He has studied percussion
with Allen Otte, Rusty Burge, and James Culley and has studied
composition with Michael Pisaro and Morton Subotnick.

EXPERIMENTAL MUSIC presents radical, genre-blind music from composers
and musicians based in New York City and around the world. The series
covers as broad a range of sound art as possible (improvisation,
time-based, graphic, electronic, text-based/verbal/performance, new
composition, installation, homemade devices etc...). Experimental
Music is curated by Travis Just.
