[silence] Lost/Withdrawn Works

Dear All,

Could anybody shine some light on the following lost/withdrawn prepared
piano works?

Shimmera: I know it was composed in 1942 for a dance by Merce, and it was
premiered in Chicago.
Does anyone know why Cage withdrew it from performance, or anything about
the preparations, or length etc?

Also, Lidice:  I know it was composed in 1943 for a dance by Marie
Marchowsky, and I also know it refers to the former Czechoslovakian village
Lidice destroyed in 1942, but that is all, does anyone know the preparations
etc...?
