TROPLIST: Froglets dying on recirculating system

Hi All,
We have been having lots of late stage tadpole/froglets die on our  
Aquatic Habitats recirculating system lately. We usually keep them  
3-4/2.8L tank by this stage. We have been able to improve survival by  
removing the tanks from the rack and leaving only a  couple inches of  
water in them, but his obviously increases maintenance when a lot of  
tanks are involved. We can't find anything that has changed: food,  
water quality, etc. Any ideas?
