TROPLIST: nuclear extracts?

We are trying to get some nuclear extracts from stage 25 embryos for  
protein analysis. Does anyone have a good protocol, especially for  
getting rid of the lipid? I've tried the Pierce NE-PER protocol which  
seems fairly straight forward, but I'm wondering if there is a step I  
can add in to remove the lipids.
