Dear All,
I would like to ask you two questions regarding biotin in laevis and/or trop embryos. Firstly, does anyone knows whether Xenopus embryos contain endogenous biotin and how much? Secondly, does anyone knows whether biotin-dextran is transported between blastomeres of the early blastula embryo? Thank you very much for any info.
With best wishes,
Aldo
