TROPLIST: myc tag antibody

Hi all,
We are myc tagging some proteins using the pCS2-MT vector and have
been using immunofluorescence to detect the expressed proteins. This
seemed to work great until we tested the antibody (Abcam Ab32 9E10
anti-myc) on wildtype embryos and saw bright nuclear staining.
Clearly we are picking up background or endogenous c-myc. Does anyone
have any experience with similar experiments and can you suggest an
antibody?
Thanks,
Kurt
