Hi all: I need your help. Have you had the experience of having seen that embryos stick each other tightly when you fix embryos after color reaction of in situ? I could usually remove each embryo by simple pipetting the solution, but they have somehow sticked so tightly this time... Any solution? Thanks for your any suggestions in advance. Takuya
