TROPLIST: embryo dissociation, FACS

Hi all,
We are trying to do some FACS sorting and would ideally like to find a
way to start with whole embryos. The problem, of course, is
dissociating them. Has anyone tried this or have any ideas on what
might work?

We are working with stage 20-30 embryos and have tried acetone to
remove the skin, but this is hard to control. We've also tried various
concentrations of collagenase and trypsin/EDTA.

Thanks,
Kurt
