I was just reading your E-mail regarding your Frogs-Well now do you provide 
them with any environmental enrichment? 20 Frogs/ tank should not be a 
problem.

I have just completed a mini project on enrichment for trops.

And it provided some intereting results!

Anyway try some enrichment it might help!!
