TROPLIST: biotinylated anti-dig and/or in situs on sections?

Hi Lyle,

I have tried the TSA kit, but it didn't give very good results.
Others swear by it though. This is the normal protocol I use for
paraplast sections. You may get better results with cryo-sections,
although the histology isn't as good.

While not bomb proof this protocol does work. Try a positive control,
such as anti-type-II collagen, which is expressed in all cartilages
during stg. 40.

Good luck,
Ryan
