Hi all: I wonder if somebody has ever tested a Tet-off system in frogs. I know one paper using a Tet-on from D. Brown lab (http://www.pnas.org/ content/101/14/4839.abstract). I am curious about how accurately this would work in frogs. Regardless of "on" or "off", I would appreciate hearing any your experiences if you have. Thanks in advance! Takuya
