Does anyone have experience with an antibody to tyrosinase that works for
immunofluorescence in Xenopus? I found one at Abcam (ab53338) that is
supposed to react with fungal and human tyrosinases, so it should work in
Xenopus. I am particularly interested in marking retinal pigmented
epithelium (RPE) cells - any suggestions for other antibodies (aside from
RPE65) that mark RPE cells in Xenopus?

Thanks.
