Hi,

I'm looking for a protocol to retrieve the gfp signal on sections  
(through anti-gfp antibody reactions). I've cryo embedded some but I  
need cellular resolution so I believe paraffin would be better to  
stain. I had to fix (PFA) and deminaralise the transgenic tadpoles  
because of the characteristics of the tissue I wanted to analyse.
